How fast will my order ship?
We pack and ship every order ourselves from Vadodara, within 2–4 business days. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most pincodes. We confirm COD orders by a quick call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
Why should I pay online?
Prepaid orders skip the COD confirmation step and are dispatched first, which matters in the festive rush. All payments are processed securely.
Will my Diwali order arrive in time?
Order by 28 October for delivery before Diwali on 8 November. Courier networks get busy in the festive season.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note. We never include prices in the parcel.
Are the brass items real brass?
Each product page states the material clearly. Our akhand diya is 100% pure brass. Small variations in finish are natural.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We'll replace it. Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See Returns & Replacements.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?
